• Tank-in-a-tank design provides TOTAL containment protection in one space -saving unit.

• Double wall construction is completely enclosed so that external matter such as rainwater, snow and debris is prevented from collecting in the outer containment tank making it ideal for outdoor chemical storage.

• System consists of a primary tank with a secondary outer containment tank with a capacity of 115-120% of inner tank's capacity, exceeding EPA standards.

• Tanks are designed with wall thickness equal to or greater than ASTM D 1998 standards.

• Shipped fully-assembled to reduce field assembly costs.

• Bulk Barrel is 100% FDA compliant PE construction and is virtually maintenance free and easily cleaned and sanitized before use.
• Seamless homogenous interior bottle - naturally matures wine by permeating the air's oxygen at a similar rate as an oak barrel.
• Wood planks, chips or powder can be inserted to meet targeted flavoring objectives, reducing the risk of "over-oaking".
• Heavy duty premium plastic stacking frame provides superior stacking strength (3-4 high) and protects the inner barrel.

• Winetainer features 304 stainless steel construction, a 2" sanitary 90° elbow outlet in a "no heel" sloped bottom that facilitates complete drainage.

Almost all polyethylene tank failures inevitably occur at the fitting location, due to the ongoing stress applied by valves and piping connected to the tank fitting.  In an effort to solve this ongoing problem, Snyder engineering developed the tank Stress Reliever, which distributes tank wall stress over a much larger surface area, resulting in a a stronger, better supported fitting location and a longer lasting tank.
 

• 3" Bolted fitting with Stress Reliever adapter and siphon tube can be ordered already installed in your tank, or;
• A 3" Stress Reliever adapter only can be ordered to retrofit your tanks in the field.

• 2” top draw quick-connect drain coupling

The tank is virtually maintenance free – it won’t rust, chip or dent. It’s made of 100% recyclable polyethylene.
